Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Alluminum Trays Alloy 6061-T-6 22-7/8" wide X 25-13/16" LG X .09 Thinck, tolerances plus or minus 1/32 with 1/4" radius all four corners sheared to size, remove all burrs and sharp edges. two thousand each (2000 ea). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used. Delivery terms are FOB desitnation to 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76131. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. All quotations shall include the reference number RFQ04-0125, unit price, extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS numbers and size status. If this item is available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by Close of business November 24, 2003. All quotations shall be sent to Loni Spring at the Fort Worth Facility. Any quotations received and the Washington, DC Facility will not be considered. All quotation must be in writing and sent via e-mail, fax or Mail.
