Description

NA This acquisition is for the procurement of twenty (20) each, RF Tray Assembly P/O RT-1149 Receiver Transmitter, IAW NSN 5895-01-339-7734 and drawing number PLA3097630A. This is an unrestricted procurement and will be a firm fixed price contract. The U.S. A rmy Communications-Electronics (CECOM) has established a Business Opportunity Page (BOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of quotes and proposals from CECOM to Industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, oper ate, send and receive information via the Interactive Business Opportunities, the Army's Single Face to Industry at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Upon accessing this web pages, select CECOM & Electronics Command. Registration for a user ID and password w ill only be through the IBOP. Offers shall be submitted directly to the Contracting Officer. Reverse Auction procedures will apply to this procurement. Award will be made by the lowest price submitted under the reverse auction technique. The of the Reverse Auction is TBD. Those offerors/bidders invited to participate in the Reverse Auction will be notified and issued passwords and login to be used to access the auction. If you are selected to participate in the Auction, Contractor must pre-register prior to submitting electronic bids. All files submitted on this site shall be in the format specified by the Government or specified in the solicitation instructions. Currently, files shall be prepared in either Microsoft (MS) Word for Windows Version 6, Rich Tex t Format (RTF), MS Excel Version 5, and MS Power Point Version 4 (depending on the type of document being generated). If a contractor creates a file using another software product; it is the contractor's responsibility to convert the file into one of the a bove formats prior to uploading the files electronically.
