The work consists of improving the Upper Table Rock Trail parking lot. Work includes: asphalt paving; parking lot striping; polymer-stabilized soil paving; concrete curb and sidewalk construction, including wheelchair-accessible ramps; split-log benches; and installing government furnished wood rail fencing. NAICS Code is 237310. Project site is located in Butte Falls Resource Area, Jackson County, Medford District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is June 1, 2004, and performance time is 60 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
