- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is conducted under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only document to be issued. A formal solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This Notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2001-17. RFQ 673-90F-001-04 should be referenced on the quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339111 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Requirement: 80 Each, Brand name or equal to Market Lab (ML 2750 Back) - Rotary chairs with adjustable arms, ring footrest, and utilize a pedestal base with casters. - Minimum of five-point steel base, engineered for strength and stability to endure heavy-duty lab use. - Up to seven different adjustments or more, in all directions with easy finger tip controls. - Ergonomically designed rotary chair, have seat and/or back tilt, pneumatic seat height adjustment. Pneumatic height adjustment from 8 ? 15? in adjustment range. - Crafted with materials resistant to the damaging chemicals or infectious agents often found in the laboratory.
