Description

Request for Proposal Number AE90-SOL-301000 for the continued operation of the Tongue Point Job Corps Center located at 37573 Highway 30, Astoria, Oregon 97103 will be made available on FedBizOps at http://www.fbo.gov and the Job Corps acquisition web page at http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps on or about November 21, 2003. The total contract capacity is 500 students (250 residential males and 250 residential females). This procurement will be full and open with the resultant contract to be a cost reimbursement plus incentive fee for a two base year period from October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2006, plus three Government unilateral renewal option periods of one year each. A Pre-Proposal Conference will convene at the center on December 2, 2003, at 9:30 a.m. local time, starting with a walk through of the facility, followed immediately by the conference. It is recommended that interested parties download the RFP prior to attending the Pre-Proposal Conference. All questions prior to the pre-proposal conference should be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at priestley.ernie@dol.gov. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than January 20, 2004, at the following address: U.S. Department of Labor, ETA, Office of the Job Corps, 1111 Third Avenue, Suite 800, Seattle, Washington 98101. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
