Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Bruker BioSpin Corp, 15 Fortune Drive, Billerica, MA 01821. Bruker BioSpin Corp. has been identifed as the only one authorized to offer a full protection plan for the following equipment: DMX-500 (BH083696) Instrument. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government for future procurments. Any interested firms should submit in writing, its name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding its capability to provide the services. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase order with 2 one year options will be awarded based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, 1756 Federal Building, 601 E. 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106, ATTN: Jennings, by close of businss 13 November 2003.
