Description

Unique Legal Issues for Government Contractors will be offered on Wednesday, November 12, 2003. Class will be held at George Mason University, Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA from 6:30 p.m to 9:30 p.m. Cost is only $45.00 and will be presented by Lorenzo Exposito, Esq of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer and Murphy LLP. This seminar presents an overview of the various obligation, requirements, and ground rules to compete for Government work, the Government's rights to terminate a contract, and what Government contractors should know about bid protests and disputes relating to contract performance.
