- *Note-this replaces previous synopsis of SP0441-03-R-2814 3110-00-242-4888, Annular Ball Bearing. This is an unrestricted item. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus four option years. See numbered notes 23 & 26. Full and open competition. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (QB02). Critical Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Estimated Annual quantity 2200. All apply to the base and 4 option years. No progress payments are authorized. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Estimated Solicitation issue date is November 21, 2003, with a closing date December 22, 2003.
