Description

This modification to solicitation GS05P03GBC0121 is issued to clarify the following: The standard form 254 and 255 are required in Stage I for the Lead Designer and the Preservation Expert. Along with these required forms, the A-E must submit a proposal addressing the evaluation criteria as listed in the original solicitation for Stage I. This proposal must also contain a statement certifying that the prime contractor is a small business as defined under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541310. The standard form 254 and 255 for the remainder of the team and/or consultants to the prime contractor will be required in the Stage II submission. Upon invitation to participate in Stage II, the short listed firms will be advised of the evaluation criteria for Stage II. The tentative critical milestone dates for Stage II of this selection is as follows: December 4, 2003: Notify short listed firms of invitation to participate in Stage II, along with the evaluation criteria. December 15, 2003: Stage II proposals from the short listed firms are due. December 16 and 17, 2003: Oral presentations in Chicago for short listed firms. THE DUE DATE AND PLACE FOR STAGE I SUBMISSIONS REMAINS THE SAME ? NOVEMBER 7TH, NO LATER THAN 4:00PM CST TO THE ADDRESS AS LISTED IN THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION.
