Description: The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB DC intends to award a simplified acquisition purchase order on a sole source basis to Elizabeth Brikowski for the purchase of Costume Design and Management services in support of the USAF Band?s showing of ?Born of a Dream? in Los Angeles, CA. This service is a follow-on requirement for the ?Born of a Dream? musical in Washington, DC, which was awarded on a competitive basis to Ms. Brikowski and was determined as meeting and exceeding the government?s requirements.
