Description

Under the provisions of 10 USC 2809 MacDill AFB intends to lease a parcel for 32 years in exchange for the private developer designing, constructing, owning, operating and maintaining a ?World Class? Temporary Lodging Facility for authorized users on a prioritized basis at guaranteed rental rates. The successful offer will provide a ****** room hotel to accommodate transient government (active duty/retired status) personnel. In addition to the lodging quarters, the facility will also provide space for banquets, catering and restaurants & ballroom facilities. Interested parties must contact the points of contact listed in this notice not later than close of business 7 Nov 03. An informational meeting will be held on 10 Nov 03 for all interested parties to discuss the concept for this acquisition.
