Description

NA The Government anticipate entering into a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control-Orlando, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-228, Orlando, Florida 32819-8907 to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, Engineering and Technical services by the assignment of Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) and Logistics Enginnering Technical Services (LETS) technicians on location and in support of the Apache Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (TADS/PNVS) and Electro-Optic Bench (EOB) systems and components at various US Army installations in the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The period of performance is 1 Jan-31 Dec 04. This requirement s is under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
