Description: The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to Government Retirement Benefits, Inc (GRB). for the software licence and maintenance of GRB Calculation (GRB/CALC). The software is manufactured by GRB in support of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System for the IRS Employee Connection System. See Note 22. Due to the commericial nature of this product responses are required in 15 calendar days, not in the 45 days allowed by Note 22.
