Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a sole-source purchase order with J&F Associates for Advisory and Assistance Services for the Program Against Digital Counterfeiting of Currency. Award will be made on a sole-source basis for continued services by independent technical experts to facilitate interaction with the digital reprographic industry and to provide technical expertise under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 where expert services are required. See numbered note 22. This is only a notice of intent and not a notice to request.
