- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to SIRSI, Huntsville, AL, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for Model I and II UnicornStilas integrated library management system software support for a one-year period. Simplified acquisition procedures and FAR 12 will be utilized. The resulting contract will be a fixed price purchase order. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
