- NA The National Park Service (NPS), Yellowstone National Park is soliciting proposals for the purpose of entering into an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for general planning, compliance and related services. The base contract will be from the date of award until September 30, 2004 with options for four additional years. The Government reserves the right to award more than one contract as a result of this solicitation. The maximum limitation for one or more contracts is $5,000,000.00. The minimum guarantee is $2,000.00 per awardee per year. The following factors, listed in descending order of importance, are considered significantly more important than price and will be used to determine the offeror's level of capability assessment work. 1. Documented previous performance that demonstrates the overall quality of the firm's work, particularly with regard to analysis and writing, for the services described under this contract. 2. Demonstrated professional qualifications, certifications, technical expertise, including all principles and key staff of the firm, its subconsultants, and project personnel, with the types of services described under this contract, with an emphasis on considerations appropriate for a national park setting. 3. Demonstrated project management experience and expertise coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subconsulting firms. 4. Demonstrated capacity to respond to short timeframes and accomplish multiple simultaneous projects within desired schedules, while maintaining a high standard of work and cost control. 5. Knowledge of and/or previous work experience within the general geographical area. 6. Knowledge of and/or previous work experience with the National Park Service and/or other federal agencies with the types of services described under this contract.
