Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to construct and complete hydraulic improvements to the Grand Valley Irrigation Company Fish Screen Facility. The principal features of the work include: construction of reinforced cast-in-place concrete walls and concrete slabs; furnishing, hauling, and placing of compacted embankment and select backfill material; furnishing, moving, and installing of mental handrails; modification of non-metallic trash rack structure; and furnishing and installing area lighting.. Work is under NAICS Code 237990. Estimated price range of job falls in the step between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid performance and payment bond will be required. The work on the structure must be completed by March 10, 2004. There will be a site visit scheduled for all interested bidders (the date and time will be provided with the solicitation).
