NSN: 2840-01-200-9760, P/N: 6038T09P04, PRON: AX3T1268AX, NOU N: Disk, Compressor, Air, Quanity: 7 each applicable to T-700(UH-60). F.O.B. Orgin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 7 each 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without Firs t Article Testing is 7 each 210 days DACA. This item is restricted to General Electric Co., Cage Code: 99207 because this part has been designated a high reliability part under a formal reliability program. Probability of failure would be unacceptable f rom the standpoint of safety of personnel and/or equipment. The cognizant engineering activity has determined that data to define and control reliability limits cannot be obtained nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications for this purpose. Ade quate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselv es. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
