- This is a performance based, indefinite quantity, five year contract with base year and four option years. See schedule of Items in the Solicitation for minimums and maximums. This Solicitation is to provide refurbishing of firefighting tools for the National Interagency, Incident Support, Regional Fire Cache, Redmond Air Center (RAC), Redmond, Oregon. The volume of work may vary widely from year to year because of unknown and predictable fire conditions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Tools to be refurbished include the following: Pulaski, Axe, single and double bit, shovel, Adz Hoe, Mcleod, and Combination Tool. This project is set aside 100% for HubZone Contractors. Solicitation will be uploaded Oct 16, 2003. No hard copies of the Solicitation will be available.
