- This combined synopsis/solicitation is modified to read as follows: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1NCOA32371100 is issued as a request for quotation using simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS for this solicitation is 421910 with a size standard of 100 employees. The contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure are identified as: CLIN 0001, Star Trac - 5600 Pro Treadmill, CONT/POL, Gray, 110 V, USA, 5 each; CLIN 0002, Star Trac - 5200 Natural Runner Plus Elliptical, CONT/POL, Gray, USA, 5 each; CLIN 0003, Star Trac - 4100 Series Stepper, CONT/POL, Black, USA, 2 each; CLIN 0004, Star Trac - 5300 Series Upright Bike, CONT/POL, Gray, USA, 4 each; CLIN 0005, Star Trac - 5400 Series Recumbent Bike, CONT/POL, Gray, USA, 2 each; CLIN 0006, Extended Warranty, 3 years on parts and labor (TR/PRO) for each unit in CLIN 0001, 5 each; CLIN 0007, Shipping (Freight) Charges for all CLINs, 1 each; CLIN 0008, Installation of all CLINs, 1 each; CLIN 0009, Extended Warranty, 3 years on parts and labor (TR/EE) for each unit in CLIN 0002, 5 each; CLIN 0010, Extended Warranty, 3 years on parts and labor (BIKES/SC) for each unit in CLINs 0003, 0004, and 0005, 8 each.
