- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitute the only solicition; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ-04-007 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This action is unrestricted. The NAICS is 812930. The small business size standard is $6.0 Million. STATEMENT OF WORK: The Department of the Treasury, Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, through the Bureau of the Public Debt, has a requirement for the rental of twelve (12) parking spaces for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. The contractor shall provide parking spaces that have twenty-four hour, seven days a week access, in and out privileges and self-parking. The parking boundaries required are within a one-block radius of : 201 Varick Street, New York, NY 10014. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant low price. Offers are due by September 30, 2003.@2:00 P.M. EDT and must include a copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items which may be downloaded from http://WWW.arnet.gov/far.
