Description

SUBJECT: Second Revised Sources Sought Notice Description: The 377th Contracting Squadron/LGCM, Kirtland AFB, NM is seeking sources for Command, Control, Communication and Computer (C-4) Services for 377th Communication Division Reference Solicitation Number F29650-00-C-0MMU which was initially advertised (11 Jul 2003) with an incorrect North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. The NAICS code is changed from 541513 (Computer Facility Management Services) to 517110 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers). The associated size standard for small business determinations is 1500 employees. Those firms that submitted a Statement of Capabilities under the old NAICS code need not submit another statement of capabilities, however, request you e-mail your company size in relation to the new NAICS code. Your response should be e-mailed to Mr. Willard Paine at Willard.paine@kirtland.af.mil. A Statement of Capabilities is again sought from interested sources and may be submitted to 377th Contracting Squadron, 2000 Wyoming Blvd, SE, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117. Submissions should be limited to 25 pages and provide evidence of similar past and/or present performance to include the names and telephone numbers of references. Submission are due by COB 9 Oct 03. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids/proposals. Responses will assist the government in determining whether to set-aside/restrict competition in some way or solicit offers from all responsible sources. The Government will not pay for any information submitted to this announcement.
