Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information listed below. Quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is 3Q-LG-USA11-2109. The United States Attorney Office- Northern California, has a requirement for the lease of Eleven (11) PARKING SPACES [3 reserved and 8 non-reserved], located within a well lighted and secure facility, within a five block radius of the U.S. Attorney Office, SAN FRANCISCO, for a period of twelve months. The parking spaces must be accessible 24 hours/7days per week, offer 24 hour security service, self parking with in and out privileges. Reserved spaces must be designated and remain designated for the duration of period of performance. During Holidays and weekend prior to holidays, reserved parking spaces will be valid with an access card.. USAO employees will not be required to leave their keys with parking attendant. It is anticipated that award will be made for one(1) Base Year. The provisions at 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item" are applicable, 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Items" clause 52.212-4 "Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items", the clause 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 "Evaluation of quotations or offers" applies to this acquisition. Quotes are due September 29, 2003 @ 12:00 P.M. LATE Proposals will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via courier, hand delivered or faxed to The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the U.S. Attorneys, 600 E Street, NW, Suite 2400, Facilities and Support Services, Washington, DC 20530, Attn: LaTonya Garrett. You may fax your quote to (202) 616-6651, Vendors shall ensure that faxed quotes are LEGIBLE( min. 12pt font). All quotes shall reference: "3Q-LG-USA11-2109" on the front of the package/page. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15.
