Description

NA LTR LIFT ASSY, FWD, L; NSN: 1560-01-495-5991, P/N: 708-1011-001, QTY: 02 each, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. Approved source is Air Methods Corp., (CAGE 07QY8). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to DEF DIST DEPOT Red River, Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Str eet & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 02 each 120 DACA. Full screening has been completed which concluded that competition cannot be improve at this time due to a lack of sources. The Acquisition Method Code (AMC) 3 states, Acqu ire, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any o ther adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted.
