Description

NA WINDOW PANEL, AIRCRA, NSN: 1560-01-468-6106; Part Number: 70217-02705-045; Qty: 58 each minimum/458 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland, Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 10 each 345 days after contract award (DACA). F irst Article Test Report (FATR) is due 218 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 10 each, 230 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there is no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing res trictions. This Acquisition contains data, which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items desc ribed above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign request s for this solicitation will not be honored.
