- This is a modification to the solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This modification extends the Response Date to Septermber 26 2003. This is only an announcement; quotes are to be requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The Solicitation number is M00681-03-R-0048 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-02 and DAC 91-13. This request IS UNRESTRICTED. The requirement is for a fixed price service contract to provide, A PHONE SYSTEM (SEE SOLICITATION FOR FULL DESCRIPTION) FOR UNITS LOCATED AT MCRD SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA AND MARINE CORPS RECRUITING STATIONS LOCATED AT SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA. Delivery of items shall be be fore or on 15 NOVEMBER 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All Contractors submitting a proposal are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award. The website for CCR is http://ccr2000.com. Quotes are solicited FOB Destination to Camp Pendleton CA. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 1200 PST 26 SEPT 2003 to BEVERLY HARDY via fax or mail. Quotes can be sent via US Postal Service to Regional Contracting Office, Po Box 1609, Oceanside, CA 92051-1609 Attn: BEVERLY HARDY. If quote is to be sent via Federal Express, address should read Regional Contracting Division, Bldg. 22180, MCB, Camp Pendleton CA 92055, Attn: BEVERLY HARDY. Faxed quotes should be addressed to BEVERLY HARDY 760-725-4346/8445, and clearly state the solicitation number on the first page to ensure receipt. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all pages of the quote reach the designated office b efore the deadline specified in the solicitation. Award is anticipated on 29 SEPT 2003. Offers, including price, are binding for 30 days after submission and written acceptance of an offer by the government will result in a contract.
