- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-03-T-0150 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Offeror is to identify which CLIN?s are quoted open market and which are Federal Supply Schedule (GSA). CLIN 0001. This requirement is to add Video Teleconferencing Capabilities (VTC) to all Branch Medical Clinics (BMC's) and the Tricare Outpatient Clinics (TOC's). Three of the sites will be 'host' sites. They will have a VTC unit that has the capability of interconnecting several sites. Other sites will have an end user capability. The remaining sites will have desktop VTC units. HOST SITES1. Directorate for Primary Care (DPC), Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) Branch Clinic, and Health Promotions:- DPC is located at the Naval Training Center (NTC) Clinic. The equipment will be located in the DPC conference room (Room #238). The dimensions of the room are 22.25 ft by 16.5ft. Within the room, there is one (1) phone drop, two (2) cable TV drops, one (1) network drop, and four (4) power receptacles. - NASNI's conference room is room # 168 and the dimensions are 17 ft by 25 ft. The room contains two (2) network, one (1) power receptacle and one (1) cable TV drop.- Health Promotions will be located in Building 26, room #118. Room #118 is 31 ft x 17 ft. The room contains three (3) network drops, one (1) phone drop and five (5) power receptacles.All will require a wall mounted 50" plasma screen television, wall mounted coder/decoder,viewstation with camera and teleconferencing microphone.2. TOC Clairemont Mesa (CM) - TOC CM's equipment will be located in their conference room (there is no room #), the dimensions are 20 ft. x 15.5 ft. The room contains two (2) network and four (4) power receptacles. They will require a wall mounted 42" plasma screen television, wall mounted coder/decoder, viewstation with camera and teleconferencing microphone.NON-HOST SITES1. Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Naval Training Center (NTC), Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) and Naval Station (32nd street) Branch Clinics - All three will be non-host receive only sites. - Miramar will place their equipment in room #3702 which is 27 ft x 12 ft. The room contains one (1) cable TV, two (2) network drops, and five (5) power receptacles. They will require a wall mounted 50" plasma screen television, wall mounted viewstation with camera and teleconferencing microphone.- NTC will place their equipment in room #237 which is 22 ft x 22.5 ft. The room contains one (1) network drop, one (1) phone drop and seven (7) power receptacles. They will require a wall mounted 50" plasma screen television, wall mounted viewstation with camera and teleconferencing microphone.- MCRD will place their equipment in room #E-195 which is 23 ft x 27 ft. The room contains one (1) network drop, one (1) phone drop and four (4) power receptacles. They will require a wall mounted 50" plasma screen television, wall mounted viewstation with camera and teleconferencing microphone.- Naval Station (32nd Street) will place their equipment in room 31 ft x 14 ft. The room contains one (1) network drop, one (1) cable TV, one (1) phone drop and seven (7) power receptacles. They will require a wall mounted 50" plasma screen television, wall mounted viewstation with camera and teleconferencing microphone.RECEIVE ONLY NON-HOST SITES TOC Chula Vista (CV) and El Centro- TOC (CV) and El Centro will be receive only, non host sites. -- TOC Chula Vista will place their equipment in a multipurpose room (they do not have a room number on the room) which is 17 ft x 15 ft. There are two (2) phone drops, one (1) network drop and two (2) power receptacles in the room.- El Centro will place their equipment in room #M-17 which is 14 ft x 13 ft. The room contains two (2) network drops, and six (6) power receptacles. The room also has an 8 ft dropped ceiling.They will require 42" wall mounted plasma screen televisions, wall mounted viewstations with camera and teleconferencing microphones.COMPUTER DESKTOP VTC STATIONS1.
