Description

NA This is a Competitive 8(a) set-aside solicitation that is limited to 8(a) firms serviced by the SBA Alaska District Office or 8(a) firms with bona fide branch offices in the Alaska District. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Competiti on will not be restricted by stage of 8(a) program participation. This project is to construct an approximately 315 square meter dog kennel facility including sitework and utilities. The contract consists of a base bid and 11 option items. The option items are associated with an expanded building, alternative finishes and additional sitework. Responders are advised that the requirements may be delayed, cancelled ort revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and/or fina l award process based on decisions related to DoD changes and disposition of the Armed Services.
