Description

NA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following Solicitation Number: DABQ03-03-T-0112. (iii) This Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incor porated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards 1000 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 334113. (v) This RFQ contains the Statement of Work: The Contractor shall perform or provide the following item: 1. 1 ea Xerox 3040, Wide Format Engineering Copier, with 7356 scanner, 8830 printer, and 8.0 AccXes Controller. 2. 1 ea. Installation and Training at the delivery location stated below. 3. 10 ea. Paper Roll s (3R5151) 4. 3 ea. Toner (6R884) 5. 1 ea Developer (5R320) 6. Quote must include Shipping of the above items to below address. (vi) The delivery and training address is: DPW Supply, Fort Greely, Alaska 99737 (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instruct ions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors, technically acceptable, price and delivery time. The contract will be awarded to the offero r that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items (Alt I) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions, Co mmercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002).
