- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses to this solicitation/Request for proposal must make reference to the Solicitation Number F04693-03-T-0022 and be submitted by COB 29 Sep 03. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification is 423410. The size standard is 100 employees. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is: unrated. Items to be Procured: CLIN 0001: 40? x30? Pipe Grid on 5-Foot Centers (Includes clamps, brackets, and shipping) for Photographic Studio Lighting System (Manufacturer SSRC or equal, QTY: 1 - Unit of issue: EA General Technical Information: The control console shall be a microprocessor based control system specifically designed and constructed for simplified control of theatrical, television, film, and architectural dimming systems. The control console shall be designed to be lightweight, portable and easily operated CLIN 0002: STRAND (or equal) Lighting CD 8 2.4kW Dimmer Pack (with terminal Strip Outlets), QTY: 1 - Unit of issue: EA General Technical Information: The dimmer packs shall be fully digital, rugged, and designed specifically for entertainment. A wide variety of dimmer pack configurations shall be available, including 1.2kW, 2.4kW, 6kW or 12kW dimmers, with 24, 12, or 6 dimmers per pack, and a selection of dimmer output connections. Dimmer packs shall be UL and CSA listed. Plastic materials are self extinguishing to UL94V0. Pack setup shall be, as standard, fully user programmable. CLIN 0003: BRIGHTLINE (or equal) Fluorescent Lighting Package, includes: 3 EA-S1.4D/A single 4x55 watt analog dimmable fixtures with horizontal yoke, C-clamp, swivel, 1EA 16? cord with Edison connector, 4EA lamps, safety cable, intensifier, gel frame, 4?-8? adjustable hanger and stirrup, 2EA-S1. 4D A S1.4D/A single 4x55 watt analog dimmable fixtures with vertical yoke, C-Clamp, swivel, 16? cord with Edison connector, 4EA lamps, safety cable, fixture control screen, broad field and 10?4? ALU-CINE combo stand, QTY: 1 - Unit of issue: EA CLIN 0004: STRAND (or equal) Curtain Track complete with all accessories for walk along operation, include Chroma Key Red Panel and Black Panel, QTY: 1 - Unit of issue: EA CLIN 0005: STRAND (or equal) Bambino 650w Fresnel fixtures complete, QTY: 4 - Unit of issue: EA CLIN 0006: STRAND (or equal) Lighting 100 series 12/24 Control Console, QTY: 1 - Unit of issue: EA CLIN 0007: Installation of all equipment.
