Description

This is a notice that the Department of State intends to award a purchase order to EXACOM, Inc., 99 Airport Road, Concord, New Hampshire 03301 for 1 Year Extended Warranty and Software License Renewal. This warranty/license renewal is for 200 user license software ugrades, Model ICP-2000, purchased by the Department of State from EXACOM under a contract awarded in 1999. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. The determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Department of State intends to place this delivery order on Friday, September 26, 2003.
