Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 31,000 rentable square feet (to yield a minimum of 26,700 BOMA Office Area square feet) of quality office space in Mountainside, NJ. Lease term will be eight (8) years with the Government having cancellation rights after four (4) years. This space is to be located within the following delineated boundaries: North: Livingston on US Route 280; South: Route 604; East: Route 278; West: US Route 287. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
