Description
NAICS Code: 334510 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is X6A054, and the solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510 which has a size standard of 500 employees to qualify as a small business. This procurement is set aside for a small business. The Agency has a requirement for a Digital holter monitor with flash memory card technology and the following capabilities: 1. true 12 lead data acquisition (no derived leads) presentation and analysis. Three to five lead systems are unacceptable, 2. automatic atrial fibrillation detection. The accompanying software must have the following capabilities: 1. standard holter analysis 2. time and frequency domain heart rate variability analysis 3. electrocardiogram interval and amplitude analysis 3. repolarization analysis including t-wave principle component t-wave analysis and finally, network capability. In addition, the following items will be required: 1. internal DVD-RAM archival option, 2. eight each digital recorder and 16 each flash cards.
