- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure Projectors, Screens, and Speakers for the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Mechanicsburg, PA. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00140-03-Q-4982 contemplates a firm fixed price contract. Delivery of supplies is required by 01 October 2003. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a full and open competitive procurement. Extron P2/DA2 VGA Distribution Amplifier (QTY 6); CLIN 0005 ? Anchor AN-100 Self Powered Speaker (QTY 12); CLIN 0006 ? Chief Projector Mounting System (QTY 6); CLIN 0007 ? Zenith XBV-342 DVD/VCR Combo (QTY 6); CLIN 0008 ? Custom Wall Plate VGA/Audio & Video/Audio (QTY 6); CLIN 0009 ? Custom Wall Plate VGA only (QTY 6); CLIN 0010 ? Installation; CLIN 0011 ? Freight Charges. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, is applicable to this procurement. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer.
