NA The proposed contract requirement is change to read as follows: DATA AND SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE To cover the use of data, databases, formats, software and application in all media provided and all accompany documents. Service is to run one year,1 Oct 03 thru 30 Sep 04. REQUIREMENTS: Provide a automated system that will provide the following features characteristics, and capabilities. Data package must provide updates and changes as they occur. Vendor software in support of system shall be maintained by vendor by telephone or interne t support.The successful vendor would supply a system that could be accessed with the Internet or with CD ROM??????s and include the following: 0001 Complete ASTM standards 0002 Complete Military and Federal Specifications to include: a) Military Specifications b) Military Standards c) Military Handbooks d) Military and Federal Qualified e) Products Lists (QPLs) f) Federal Specifications g) Federal Standards f) Commercial Items Descriptions (CiDs) g) Data Items Descriptions (DIDs) 0003 DOD Adopted Industry Standards The issue date is 22 Sep 2003. Proposed contract is unrestricted. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or a fter the issue date by accessing this website, CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render the quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
