NA The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions posed by a potential offeror, to change the closing date and time, and to provide additional information to Presolicitation Notice DABK39-W81C3932520125A synopsized 17 Sep 03. Question: Is this a supply-only purchase, or are the units to be installed as part of this bid? Answer: The units will be installed by the Government. Question: Are there any alternatives to the Digital Eyewitness System manufactured by Kustom Signals, Inc.? Answer: Information submitted did not show compatibility with existing Kustom Radar units at White Sands Missile Range. Market researach has shown there is no company that makes a camera system compatible with existing radar units. The time for submission of quotes, 22 Sep 2003 at close of business, is hereby changed to 23 Sep 2003 at 3:00 p.m. MST. The following is added to the presolicitation notice: Payment will be made by Government Credit Card. All offers shall be priced FOB Destination White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Anyone able to provide the Kustom Signals, Inc. products listed in the referenced presolicitation notice are encouraged to respond. The preferred method of submission is electronic email to kernsbj@wsmr. army.mil. If you are unable to email, the fax number is 505-678-4975 Attention: Ms. Bonnie Kerns. Award will be made to a single offeror whose offer is the lowest priced and technically acceptable.
