Description: Non personal services (Refuse Collection and Disposal). Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Refuse Collection and Disposal Service at Akizuki Ammunition Depot Area. Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local (Etajima Town), GOJ, and Federal Regulations. Annual volume of municipal waste is 501 cubic meters. One must have a Japanese license to work in Japan.
