Description

NA LEASE FOUR (4) TRUCK TRACTORS, TANDEM AXLE WITH DAY CAB TO BE USED ON AND OFF POST FOR HAULING SUPPLIES BETWEEN THE INDUSTRIAL AND PRODUCTION AREAS. UNLIMITED/LIBERAL FREE MILEAGE PER MONTH.LEASE PERIOD IS 1 YEAR; IF DURING THE LEASE PERIOD THE REQUIREMENT FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE UNITS IS NO LONGER NEEDED, THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE NOTIFIED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE FOR RETURN OF THE ITEM. CONTRACT PRICE WILL BE ADJUSTED TO REFLECT CHANGE. Issue date is 16 Sep 2003. Proposed contract is unrestricted. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 2.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website, Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is ther efore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for rece ipt may render the quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
