Description

NA New GE Fanuc 21iMB CNC control system (no substitutues) with digital servo motors, amplifiers and power supply for X, Y, Z, and A axis and to include labor for all engineering, onsite installation, and training. Controller is for retrofit of a Monarch VMC 150 Mill. Estimated issue date of solicitation is September 19, 2003. No site visit(s) will be conducted. Quotes will be accepted from any interested vendor. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with far 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore , hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website. FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds will apply as acquisition is subject to availability of appropriated fu nds. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render quote nonresponsive and resul t in the rejection of same.
