Description: NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W45AZC-3217-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circu lar 01-15. The North American Industry Classification System code applicable to this acquisition is 611512. The small business size standard is $21.5M. Contractor to furnish all facilities, materials, and supplies for classes to be held at contractor si te, which must be within 210 mile radius of Fort Hood, TX, for the following classes: (1) CLIN 0001 ?????? Ground School and Simulator Instruction on the BE350 RC12P/Q, 25 Sessions/Year, 01Oct03 thru 30Sep04, to include, at a minimum, the incorporation of the Government??????s Operator Manual, specific aircraft systems, emergency procedures, and contractor-operated simulator replicating flight characteristics of and emergency procedures Government may encounter in BE350 RC12P/Q aircraft for 25 aviators/sess ion; (2) CLIN 0002 ?????? International Flight Procedures Course meeting MNPS and RVSM certification requirements, 15 Sessions/Year, 01Oct03 thru 30Sep04, consisting of, at a minimum, Day 1 Ground School North Atlantic MNPS NAT Track System RVSM RNP RNP-5 RNP-10 Oceanic SOP Permits and Approvals Communications Equipment Requirements and Procedures, Day 2 Ground School Pacific Operations Flying in the CIS airport Selection and Review Route Selection and Review IFIM Customs/Cabatage Servicing/Handling Overfli ght Clearances Itinerary Preparation, Day 3 Ground School ICAO Flight Plan Basic Flight Planning DR Procedures Wet Footprint ETPs Point of Safe Return SOP ICAO Standard Instrument Approaches International Altimetry; (3) CLIN 1001 ?????? Option, for the per iod of 01Oct04 thru 30Sep05 with same requirements as CLIN 0001, above; (4) CLIN 1002 ?????? Option, for the period of 01Oct04 thru 30Sep05 with same requirements as CLIN 0002, above; (5) CLIN 2001 ?????? The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation.
