Description

NA This requirement is for PRON: AX3F0485AX, NSN: 1560-01-1008258, PN: 70215-05002-041, Quantity: 32 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to TEXARKANA, TX. Required delivery is 32 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DA CA). This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286 and Helicomb International, Inc., Cage Code 6W159 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this requisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
