Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), and the reference number is 03TC787. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423910 and the size standard is 500 employees.
