- YPG03066000479, NSN 1560012728404, WINDOW PANEL AIRCRAFT. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/TDMD. Base Yr, 350 each, 108 DARO, New Cumberland, PA,. Option to extend term of contract 12 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. NoteS 1, 8 and 26 apply. First Article Test Required. This solicitation will result in an award as an indefinite quantity contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Base year plus four option years. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
