Sites are asked to provide the following: 1. Methods of processing, analyzing and performing data management;2. Reliability and reproducibility of results; 3. Ability to perform multiple assays on small quantities of sample (i.e. one blood spot or 1.0 ml aliquots); 4. Previous experience providing such services; 5. Examples of previous results (published or unpublished); 6. Processing capability of lab (e.g. number of samples per day or week); 7. Method of verification of results; 8. Commercial price list; 9. Describe experience and capabilities with microanalysis genomic analyses including human gene analysis and DNA micro-array technology; 10. Describe capabilities to include references, past results, and validity of assay claims; and 11. Provide a list of government contracts held. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this contract is 541710. Interested parties should indicate their small business status.
