- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HQ US Army Intelligence and Security Command has a requirement for an electronic system configured and ready to plug and play with programs to perform the tasks identified below and enough supplies to make 25,000 2 card sets of intelligence credentials a s described below. The intelligence credentials will be completely computer generated - similar to FBI, CID, and AFOSI credentials -same size. Federal credentials are comprised of a two card set. Two different credentials will need to be producible for the system. The anti cipated design is available by contacting mrklink@inscom.army.mil or 703-428-4580. The following items will be required: Design Artwork; Database; Training materials; Card & Lamination Stock, CPU and an HP Laserjet Color Printer. The following are further requirements: -Import digital photos from email into the database and credentials production software. -Ability to include the digital signatures of issuing officials. -The only manual labor required to complete the set should be the lamination, which includes imbedded security devices. -Database setup and training are required for up to 3 individuals. -Watermark crests/symbols must be on each of the credential forms -One hologram contained in each credentialâs lamination. -Anti-copying device which shows the credential as invalid if copied. The software program must be able to: -sequentially number the credentials in the lower right hand corner of the form, both for agent credentials 6 digit and representative credentials 5 digits. -import and use information from an existing MS Access database This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
