Description
NA STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES TASK TITLE: Design, Develop and Deliver an Inventory Tracking System STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES: The first objective of this effort is to procure an Inventory Tracking system, which is compatible with our present Equipment tracking System, which uses SQL or our database that uses ACCESS. In the event, that no other compatible system exists, the second objective is to develop and deliver an Inventory Tracking System to replace the present Equipment Tracking System. The replacement System must be capable of reading, producing and p rinting barcode labels, and providing an accurate inventory accounting of all equipment coming in and going out of the warehouse. The Contractor will be responsible for providing the following to support the replacement system: 1. Licenses for the software required to support the System 2. A minimum of five barcode readers. Individual readers must be capable of being used simultaneously 3. Bar code labels in various sizes 4. Annual maintenance with Options to renew 5. Transfer current inventory balance information The third objective of this effort is the development of hands on training for inventory support personnel. Training shall not exceed two (2) weeks in duration. The contractor shall identify a Program Manager responsible to direct the allocation of resources to meet specific requirements. The contractor shall provide monthly status reports. The contractor shall identify all subcontractors proposed to work on thi s project. TASK PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA: General measures of contract performance are: 1. Schedule Effort On-time Delivery Innovative approach to problem solving Approaches resulting in cost avoidance 2. Schedule Performance Timely notification of schedule issues with recommended corrective actions. 3. Cost Performance Timely notification of cost over-runs/under-runs PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Contractor Facility for Production Installation of the System will be at Fort Hood, TX. Operational Test will be at Fort Hood, TX PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 days after receipt of award. POC: Wanda G.
