Description

Contractors shall provide and install a low-impedance intercom system in 11 Fire Department emergency vehicles and remove existing equipment from some vehicles. Acquisition is a 100% small business competitive set-aside. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Federal Business Opportunities (www.eps.gov). Paper copies WILL NOT be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files. Request this office be notified if solicitation is downloaded and you plan on submitting a proposal. Information can be faxed to (301) 981-1907 or e-mail Mr. Dan Toomey (daniel.toomey@andrews.af.mil). The following information is requested: company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNS number, and tax ID number. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to receive an award of contract. Bids are due in no later than 3PM EDT on 8 September 2003. Bids may be mailed to the address in Block 9 of the solicitation, faxed to the above number or e-mailed to Mr. Toomey.
