Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 13,700 rentable square feet (to yield approximately 11,900 BOMA Office area square feet) of quality office space in downtown Newark, NJ for a term of ten years cancellable after five years upon ninety days notice. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
