NA The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following Software: Item 0001: 2000 each, P/N B17-00078, License for Microsoft Streets & Trips 2003 Government 6.0, Win; Item 0002: 5 each, P/N B17-00086, Media, MFL Open Bus/Vol/Edu /Gov/SA/CA Streets & Trips 2003 Win32 Disk Kit CD Item 0003: 1000 each, P/N 54012946GD, License for Adobe Acrobat Standard 6, Win Item 0004: 5 each, P/N 22001650, Adobe Acrobat Standard 6 Win Media CD. All pricing must be FOB Destination. The Zip Co de for delivery is 28307. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies, prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Ci rcular 2001-15 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is DAAB18-03-Q-5011. The NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instru ctions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. Any Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its offer. The clau se at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and FAR 52.232-34, Payments by Electroni c Funds Transfer. All provisions and clauses are available at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Offers will be evaluated on a basis of best value including cost, technical acceptance and performance risk assessment and ability to meet the delivery schedule .
