- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to procure Guided Missile Launching System (GMLS) ORDALT Kits and GMLS Spares, in support of the FY 04 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) program requirements, from Raytheon Systems Company (RSC) of Tucson, Arizona. RSC is the qualified producer of the RAM Weapon System and the only known source that currently possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise required to satisfactory meet Fleet requirements.
